Fundraising using social media?
The social media phenomenon has provided a unique way to reach into your own personal contact database and offer Glo to likeminded friends and family. We have provided easy to use tools that allow you click a link to post a message, or simply copy and paste the message provided into the network. Don't forget to use your personal code so that your student/school gets credit for the sale.

Should I hold a fundraising kickoff rally?
The answer to that question is "How much do you wish to raise?" Schools/Groups that do "Live Kickoff Assemblies" raise more money than schools/groups that use video presentations and/or elect to have no assembly. Sales resulting from live assemblies can be double that of video assemblies and/or no assembly programs.
We strongly urge your school/group to do a kickoff assembly because doing a kickoff assembly will simply make your fundraiser better. Schools/groups that hold live assemblies get students/members better prepared and more motivated and as result your fundraiser runs better and raises more money. This is a tested and recorded fact!
Glo provides each group with printable flyers and a movie-trailer type sales video presenting the product. The website is the primary sales tool and each social media post, or email, should send friends and family to the site for additional information.
Is ordering 100% online?
With Glo, it is easy to take the traditional fundraising hassle away from the program. All friends and family are directed to the secure website for more information and to place their individual order. During the checkout process, the consumer will enter the personal FUNDRAISING CODE so that your student/school gets credit for the sale.

Do my friends and family have to use the promotion code?
The site will take orders without the promotion code, but the school/organization will not get credit for the sale. It is very important to make sure your friends and family use the promotion code that you provide for them so that the school/organization gets credit for the sale.
Where does this promotion code come from?
With Glo, it is easy to take the traditional fundraising hassle away from the program. During the set up process, Glo will assign your organization with a personal fundraising code that will allow the system to identify and track all sales that your organization generates. This personal fundraising code can be further modified by including a personal ID for individual members of your organization. This personal ID can be included in the monthly sales statement, but is tracked at the organization level. All friends and family are directed to the secure website for more information and to place their individual order. During the checkout process, the consumer will enter the personal fundraising code so that your student/school gets credit for the sale.

Can Glo be sold door to door?
Yes. The printable flyer will allow students/group members to pass out something in lieu of emailing/posting. The person buying the product will still go to the website listed on the flyer and order his/her product through the same ordering process.
Can our organization order bulk product to sell?
Yes. Bulk orders are available on a pre-paid, non-returnable, case quantity only (cases are 10 units), ordering basis. The discounts are the same as commission payments if sold through the globible.com website.
- Sell 1-249 units, 30% of net sales price to the school/organization.
- Sell 250-499 units, 40% of net sales price.
- Sell 500 or more units, 45% of net sales price.
The net sales price is fixed to the current sales price available on the globible.com website at time of purchase.

How long will it take for customers to receive their order?
Unlike many other fundraising programs that require a bulk order to be submitted, up to 10 business days to process and multiple weeks for the order to arrive, Glo is shipped within 1-3 days of the order being processed through the secure website. Your friends and family can start enjoying their purchase in no time.
Back-ordered & over sold items
In the unlikely event that Glo should be temporarily out of stock, the consumer will have the opportunity to place the order and wait for the shipment, or visit www.globible.com/fundraising/ at a later time.
Commission payments - terms & conditions
Glo will send a monthly statement to your organization that lists the purchases that have been made that month using the promotion code assigned to your organization. The commission plan for schools and other non-profit organizations are as follows:
- Sell 1-249 units, 30% of net sales price to the school/organization.
- Sell 250-499 units, 40% of net sales price.
- Sell 500 or more units, 45% of net sales price.
The online sales price is dictated by the current promotion on globible.com and may be related to matching other on-line pricing from other retail sites, in an effort to always keep the sale price competitive. This sale price may fluctuate from time to time. The Suggested Retail Price for Glo is $89.99. Glo fundraising promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon, promotion, etc…
Returns: Can product be returned?
In keeping with industry standards, Immersion Digital offers refunds on purchases not shipped at the time of a cancelation request. We do not offer refunds once the order has shipped. Defective product may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges, please contact customer service at glosupport@immersiondigital.com for authorization and instructions.
Who pays shipping charges?
Shipping charges are added to each order and the consumer pays the shipping.
Does the organization have to take orders & collect money?
No! The website is set up to be self-service. Each person will place their order through Glo's secure website and the school/organization will get credit for that purchase.
Damaged products or missing items
Any defective or missing items will be replaced at no cost directly from Glo. Any consumer issues or questions need to be sent to glosupport@immersiondigital.com.
Do we import all of our products from Taiwan?
Yes. Our company has strategic business alliances in Taiwan. The company is based in Florida with additional offices in Brazil.
Do you have a prize program?
Rather than supply trinkets or "top prizes" that 95% of participants never achieve, we've eliminated those costs and opted to increase the value of the products we sell.
Are there any upfront costs associated with the Glo Fundraising program?
NO. It costs nothing to get started with Glo Fundraising.
